MovieMaker is the nations leading magazine on the art and business of making movies. Founded in 1993 and available on newsstands across North America and parts of Europe, the publication has a quarterly readership of 150,000. Its companion website, established in 1995, is one of the most popular movie sites on the web. MovieMaker is a special interest consumer publication with content directed at the audience as well as the artist. Its lively mix of in-depth criticism, festival coverage, do it yourself moviemaking techniques and profiles of both rising and legendary Hollywood actors, directors, cinematographers, producers, screenwriters and editors make it a perennial favourite with readers the world over. Although the magazines core audience is both independent filmmakers and Hollywoods leading players, one neednt be a moviemaker to love MovieMaker, one simply needs to love movies.

Latest reviews of MovieMaker Magazine app for iPhone and iPad

App crashes AFTER a purchase
I purchased a magazine and now I cant download it because the app instantly crashes as soon as I click "download". Seriously, how can you release something like this to the public?
Not in Canada
I like the content, but I wanted the print version that was promised along with the digital version, & was indicated again on my receipt. Print never arrived, after several emails (which simply responded that it did NOT include a print version) & finally a phone call they tell me Canadians wont receive the print version. If thats true, couldnt their first email response have told me that? Im leery of unfulfilled enticements that are followed by vague customer service.
Great
Its really good!
Excellent magazine
Id like to see more "How tos" from various film & TV professionals, but other than that its great. To be more specific - Id like to interviews with every position on crews. The craft services & PAs to the directors & producers.
Horrible customer service
I paid for a digital subscription and it has been nothing but a pain. I finally got one issue and now, it says I have zero issues remaining.
